🖼️ Having Trouble Downloading Your Files?

No worries — it’s usually a quick fix!
After checkout, you’ll receive:

  • A download link on your order confirmation page, and

  • A download email sent automatically to your inbox.

If you can’t find the email, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
Still no luck? Just message us at [your support email], and we’ll resend your files right away.

💾 File Format & Sizes

Each purchase includes high-resolution JPG files (300 DPI) — ideal for crisp, clear printing.
We include multiple print ratios so you can choose the size that fits your frame:

  • 2:3 → 4x6", 8x12", 12x18", 16x24", 20x30"

  • 3:4 → 6x8", 9x12", 12x16", 18x24"

  • 4:5 → 8x10", 11x14", 16x20"

  • 11:14 → 11x14"

All files come inside a ZIP folder for quick download.

🖨️ Printing Your Art

You can print your digital art:

  • At home (using high-quality paper, matte or satin finish)

  • Through local print shops

  • Or via online services like Vistaprint, Canva, Staples, or Printique

For best results, use heavyweight paper (200gsm or more) and set your printer to “Actual Size.”

💳 Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are digital downloads, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges once your files have been delivered.
However, if you experience any issue (missing, broken, or incorrect files), we’ll gladly resend or replace them — no questions asked.
