What am I purchasing?

You’re purchasing a digital downloadno physical item will be shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll instantly receive high-resolution JPG files that you can print and frame yourself.

 

How do I download my files?

After checkout, you’ll receive:

  1. An instant download link on the order confirmation page, and

  2. A download email from the store. 

Click the link to download your ZIP folder, which contains all included sizes.

 

What sizes are included?

Each artwork includes multiple print ratios so you can print in a variety of frame sizes:

  • 2:3 ratio: 4x6”, 8x12”, 12x18”, 16x24”, 20x30”

  • 3:4 ratio: 6x8”, 9x12”, 12x16”, 18x24”

  • 4:5 ratio: 8x10”, 11x14”, 16x20”

  • 11:14 ratio: 11x14”

All files are 300 DPI (high-resolution), ideal for crisp, clear printing.

 

How do I print my art?

You can print your files at home, through a local print shop, or online print services. Choose premium matte, satin, or textured paper for best results.

 

Can I frame it myself?

Absolutely! Once printed, just place it in any standard frame that matches your chosen ratio — it’s designed to look beautiful in modern, rustic, or minimalist interiors.

 

Do you ship physical prints?

No, we currently sell digital downloads only. This keeps costs low, eliminates shipping delays, and lets you print your art in any size or material you prefer.

 

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Because our items are digital, we unfortunately can’t accept refunds or exchanges once the file has been downloaded.
However, if you have any issue with your files (corrupted, missing sizes, etc.), contact us and we’ll fix it immediately.

 

What if I didn’t receive my download email?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, send us a message at [decodropdesigns@gmail.com], and we’ll resend your files manually.

 

Can I use these files commercially?

Our files are for personal use only — you can print them for your home, gifts, or personal décor.
If you’d like to license our designs for commercial use, please contact us directly for a custom agreement.

 

Any printing tips?

  • Use high-quality paper (200gsm or more).

  • Choose matte finish to avoid glare.

  • Make sure your printer settings are set to “Actual Size” or 100% scale for best alignment.

  • Try printing a small test before final print.
