1. Digital Products Only

All products sold on DecoDropDesigns are digital downloads — no physical items will be shipped.
Because our files are delivered instantly, once the download link is sent or accessed, the sale is considered final.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.
This policy helps protect our artwork from unauthorized distribution and ensures fairness to all customers.

If you have any issues with your files (missing, damaged, or corrupted downloads), please contact us — we’ll gladly resend or replace them at no extra cost.

3. Order Issues or Duplicate Purchases

If you made a duplicate purchase by mistake, or experienced a technical error at checkout, please email us within 48 hours of your order.
We’ll review your case and may issue a store credit or replacement at our discretion.

4. Incorrect or Broken Files

If your download link doesn’t work or a file appears corrupted:

  1. Try re-downloading the file from your confirmation email or Shopify account.

  2. If the issue continues, contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem.
    We’ll send you a working version as soon as possible.

5. Download Expiration

We recommend saving and backing up your purchased files immediately after download.
While we do our best to maintain all links, we can’t guarantee permanent hosting for expired downloads after long periods.

6. Exchanges for Updated Files

If we ever update or improve a product you previously purchased (for example, higher resolution, new aspect ratios, or improved color versions), we may provide updated files free of charge — depending on availability and order verification.
